Like water, she is buoyed by joy
tranquil in self knowing
flowing with the current of what is.
Often told she’s but a fragile raindrop
she knows she has the wisdom of the ocean.
Stronger than a raging wave, she gushes
submerged passions and
creativity swelling from the depths of her soul.
She floats over adversity
Soaking in pain that wakes her to action.
No, no, no
her brave heart won’t sink into surrender.
Woman, like water and life itself,
seeps unstoppable through all creation.
Drink her up.

Ahhhhhh……how refreshing!!! As the mercury rises, (104 right now) just looking at photos like these makes me feel cooler. Pre-dunk hair…lol, looks great after the dunk. So much for the make-up too. The goddess is beautiful! Love the poem, great choice Sharky!
